The policy guidelines has been carefully crafted and deliberated upon by the members of the Steering Committee and is being referred to in the disposition of individual cases brought forth for decision by the Committee.
To date, the first set of membership to the Steering Committee has already completed their term of office which is five (5) years. The Committee is currently on the process of renewing the appointments of representatives from the Barangay Local Government, the Municipal Local Government, the Department of Education (DepEd) and the Nueva Vizcaya State University (NVSU).
Moreover, the updating of the policy guidelines has also been just recently completed and approved by the Steering Committee, although this is subject for continuing review to meet current demands for the implementation of the FCF Scholarship Program especially with the institutionalization of the K to 12 Program.
