MGB RO2 employees attend budget proposal workshop

Tuguegarao City, Cagayan- Seven employees from Mines and Geosciences Bureau Regional Office No. II participated in the Fiscal Year 2021 Budget Proposal Workshop at Century Park Hotel, Manila on 17-21 February 2020.

The budget workshop tackled the review of major programs of the Bureau, namely: Mineral Investment Promotion Program, Mineral Industry Development Program, Geosciences Development Services, and National Mineral Reservation Program.

Also discussed during the workshop were the performance indicators, descriptions, and means of verifications.

The workshop also conducted a break-out group workshops were finalization of activities, targets, and schedule of submissions of reports were tackled.

This is an annual event spearheaded by the MGB Central Office for the efficient preparation of the budget proposals.
