FCF Minerals relief operations reach 25, 000 recipients

Tuguegarao City, Cagayan- FCF Minerals Corporation’s Gold Molybdenum Project in Brgy. Runruno, Quezon, Nueva Vizcaya has donated a total of P 6, 889, 763.09 benefitting approximately 25, 000 recipients.

The company’s assistance was extended not only to the impacted communities, but also to the non-impacted communities within the Provinces of Nueva Vizcaya and the adjoining Province of Quirino particularly in the Municipality of Diffun and the Provincial Local Government of Quirino.

Medical supplies such as full suits, KN95 masks, surgical masks, and nitrle gloves were donated to the Provincial Health of Nueva Vizcaya.

The Municipality of Diffun, Quirino likewise received alcohol, surgical masks, and thermal scanners from the company.

The donated items are comprised of health and medical supplies as well as food relief operations.

The relief operation is pursuant to the memorandum from the Mines and Geosciences Bureau Director authorizing all regional offices to allow mining companies to realign their total unspent 2019 SDMP budget to help the affected impact and non-impact brought about by the COVID-19 global pandemic. - Lyndee Rose S.
