MGB ROII Conducts Pre- Employment Examination

The examinees for the vacant position of Engineer IV and Administrative Officer IV during the conduct of the pre- employment examination

A pre- employment examination was conducted by the Mines and Geosciences Bureau  Central Office at the MGB ROII Multi- Purpose Hall last July 18, 2019 to the qualified applicants  of the vacant positions of  Attorney III, Engineer IV and Administrative Officer IV. The different examinations given to qualified applicants  are Job Knowledge Test and on line examinations on  Profiles Ethics Oriented Personality Assessment , Profiles Ability Profiler including Managerial Skills Assessment and Critical Thinking Assessment  which is given to Section and Division Chief positions.  Of the sixteen applicants for the different vacant positions only ten applicants took the said pre- employment examination.

Mines and Geosciences Bureau  Central Office personnel namely Ms. Sylvia Alcantara and Ms. Arlene Mendez served as the proctors assisted by OIC, Finance and Administrative Division Erlinda F. Catabay and Administrative Officer V/ HRMO Imee Gatan-Agaloos.  The result of the Job Knowledge Test forms part of the over all rating of the applicants  while the results of the online examination shall be utilized by the  members of the Human Resource Merit Promotion  and Selection Board  during the panel interview of the applicants. # imeegatanagaloos
