MGB spearheads Gender and Development Seminar on Mental Health

In celebration of the Women's Month this March and the International Day for Women, the Mines and Geosciences Bureau Region II spearheaded a Seminar on Mental Health.

Ms. Rachel Miguel of Cagayan State University discussed the importance of Mental Health Awareness among MGB ROII participants.

Ms. Miguel likewise talked on the causes of stress as well as on how to manage stress especially during pandemic.
